Rhianna Quinn Roddy is a leadership advisor, global business strategist, and former Chief Marketing Officer who has spent more than two decades helping leaders navigate transformational change across healthcare, government, technology, aviation, media, nonprofit organizations, and global enterprise.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, healthcare systems, and mission-driven organizations to help leaders strengthen their influence, align teams, communicate through uncertainty, and deliver measurable organizational results. Her work has taken her across North America, Europe, and Asia, giving her a deep understanding of the leadership challenges that accompany growth, innovation, cultural change, and global business.

Rhianna has held senior leadership and consulting positions with organizations including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Delta Air Lines, Lighthouse Guild, NYC & Company, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon. She has led enterprise marketing, communications, digital transformation, strategic planning, organizational growth, and executive leadership initiatives in environments where change was constant and the stakes were exceptionally high.
